Jamie and Rachel travelled up from their home in Brighton to get married in the same place that stole their hearts on holiday 2 years before. The ruins of Kilchurn Castle, just outside Oban, and shores of Loch Awe made a breathtaking backdrop for their intimate wedding ceremony. Rachel wore a 1970’s vintage gown, the most awesome flower crown paired with her great grandmother’s veil from 1840 and vintage blue cape. With Jamie rocking a vintage suit, waistcoat and vegan doc Martens. It was a super chilled, beautiful day – I’d totally died and gone to photographer heaven. . After our portrait session around the castle grounds I left the couple to enjoy their vegan feast & party to psychedelic guitar tunes at Portsonachan Hotel with their closest ones. So so lucky to have connected with this rad couple, and to be returning to this amazing location for another elopement later the year <3
