The first post from my South African adventures – A sunset portrait session on the stunning Clifton 4th beach in Cape Town, South Africa. I fell in love with this rugged beach the moment I laid my eyes on it and was delighted to have the opportunity to capture this beautiful couple there. I loved photographing these adventurous guys as they climbed over rocks and through pools of freezing water with me. They made everything a total breeze, thank you Christine + Adrian for all your guidance and help during our stay, it was great meeting you. <3
This was my first shoot using my latest addition the awesome mirrorless Fuji X-T1 also my first time photographing completely barefoot. Feeling so wild and free, this was a combination I absolutely thrived in and will certainly be doing again in the year future. :)
Credit and much love must also go to my amazing husband for assisting me on the shoot. He surprised me by shooting a few frames while I worked, and I was blown away by them so had to include them in the post. I must say he’s a natural, so proud of him. Thanks my love. x
